Not convenient location for getting food, very noisy and busy street out front, this is not a 5 star by western standards.Old style bath tub...why not put in a glass enclosed shower like most luxury hotels? Sewer smell from floor drains and no vent! Common areas are nice though.

Nice hotel in general. Price is little high, I guess because of the brand and convenient location. Staffs are very nice from checking in to helping us bring all the luggages up to our room. The room we stayed was little outdated in style, but they keep it very clean and well maintained. bed was comfortable. Breakfast is not included, need to pay extra.

The location is perfect for walking around District 1. The staff was so attentive and courteous. Felix was exceptionally helpful for our entire stay. He helped us with our luggage, called cars, gave us excellent recommendations and greeted us by name every time we passed the front desk.
