"Very charming beautiful hotel, meticulous landscape and locate in the heart of ancient town. Restaurants, coffee shops, tailored clothing shops are everywhere. Pool is wonderful and clean, breakfast is plenty with a lot of choices. Night time is magical with lights and colorful lanterns, so romantic to sit on the boat and travel along the river at night. "What a beautiful hotel! We loved the vibe here and visiting tourist spots in Hoi A were only a short Grab Car away! The pool and outlook were beautiful but there was definitely not enough sun loungers etc we often found them all to be full which was a bit annoying when we wanted a relaxing morning/afternoon etc. the breakfast was quite nice, not massive variety and we did feel a bit rushed one day because they were stopping breakfast and when we asked for another coffee we were told no 😖. Other than this - a lovely stay with a unique character and friendly staff. Thank you. "

"The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Every member of staff including the cleaning staff upwards were extremely friendly and polite. They were magnificent - everyone. There was a lot of noise from the pool area all day and evenings every day, which slightly marred our stay. Many guests stayed for just a few nights only, and were noisy banging doors and talking loudly at all hours. But overall a very good hotel. Will definitely return"
