Lovely room, roomy and spacious, fast internet, very clean, well appointed and real milk for your morning plunger coffee. Friendly greeting and shown to room, car parking at door. Quiet area and super comfy bed. Spa and rainfall shower awesome 👌

Didn’t like his expectation of us , within 5mins he wanted us to pay him( didn’t even get to look at the place ( dirty carpet) then we’re told to be out before 10am. We should have arrived before 2pm!!. Wouldn’t recommend to friends. He had a bulshy manner.

Lovely clean motel. Perfect for 1 night. A little further from the main town than expected. But stilll only a 15 min walk. Hokitika is small, easy for a days visit.

Have stayed there beforeand found it quiet and pleasant. it was a little dark inside but I guess that was due to blown lightbulb also the kitchen tap was loose and wobbly it would be nice if you had thicker toilet paper
