On so many occasions nowadays, the hospitality industry is let down by poor staff with poor customer service skills. This place sets the standards for all hotels. "The hotel is i a quiet location. All the staff we had contact with were lovely, polite and very helpful. We only had breakfast because we had other plans however, everything was cooked fresh. There was a good variety of fruit yoghurts cereals, breads and cooked food. Sraff were really lovely and helful and restaurant was spotless. Good location for walking or a base for other areas. We had an excellent stay and are happy to return "

"Hotel is very nice, could benefit from a map as some areas of the hotel (eg the rear garden) seen inaccessible. Also it seemed that the spa could only be reached by going outside and around the car park, I’m sure there is another way through the hotel but not sign posted or detailed on the app that you get for hotel info. Other than this small point the hotel is very nice. "
