"The property was ideal for our break, very clean and well kept. Staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful and polite. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the sauna wasn't in operation but everything else was great and as described. We travelled to Chester by train and found the public transport and taxis very reasonably priced with the local buses stopping almost outside of the hotel drive. "Stayed 1 night . Room was perfect clean good selection of tea/coffee maybe would add some decaf options Bathroom great size Had dinner downstairs in the pub it was fantastic and great value will deffinetaly stay here agaon"

"Had an amazing night with my partner for her birthday. The room was impeccable as were all of the staff with whom we interacted with. The breakfast was phenomenal, have to say the best cooked breakfast I've ever had. The scrambled eggs are soo tasty. But yes, a very pleasant and enjoyable evening in a an amazing room. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the future."

"We stayed in the suite which was just perfect. Spacious with excellent furnishings. Idea for a longer stay for visiting Chester. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order along with cereals, pastries and fruit. Definitely recommend "
