We felt itchy after sleeping in your bed. Also your clerk didn't order a taxi for us. We are elderly and have to lug our baggage to the corner of the street to get a taxi.

Can be noisy and messy as it extremely close to wet market and local market but location is really close to Causeway Bay which is less than a 10 minute walk away. Very small room but it worked for my needs. If you want space look elsewhere.

The room wasrarely cleaned and it was frustrating that only two sachets of coffee,tea and sugar were left which resulted in having to either go to reception or ring down to reception for extra. However they did leave two emergency toothbrush packs every day so my teeth are now nice and shiney 😁
