Each condo is different and after requesting a different room which was no problem we had a terrific room The staff was eager to please and very pleasant. I highly recommend

The property was old and in the 60's and 70's furniture, we can feel the bed springs popping up . All the furniture was old and rusty and broken and towels were raggedy. Every was just plane old!!!! Pictures show updated floors and furniture. I had two Condo one for I and my husband and one for my kids and everything felt like everything we touch was going to break ! Sad that it looks better in pictures the in reality. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever !!!!!!!

Honestly I was very pleased with my stay at this place. The room was very spacious, there was a whole kitchen/living room, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I would say that one thing I didn’t like was the bed but that’s just me. Elevators did take a while sometimes but nothing too major. It was pretty clean and in a very nice neighborhood, the beach was like a 7 min walk.

All the people were friendly. Outside had nice curb appeal. Refrigerator quite working and spoiled all of the food. Only 1 hot tub jets were working.

We booked this hotel for my mother-in-law as we stayed at another unit in the same building booked through Vrbo. We requested for the room in the building 1 because we stayed there, and they kindly arrange her room. She was worried about the communication with hotel staffs via English, but there are some Japanese speaker staffs in the hotel. So she felt comfortable during her stay. The hotel staffs are all nice and kind. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The property is centrally located at quieter end of Waikiki. That said, we have stayed here several times, and the units are getting a little outdated and in need of some renovation/updates. Probably will look elsewhere for our next visit.
