Like any major plan, this trip did not start with a few hiccups here and there, but once we settled in, it quickly became all in the past. The stay was easy going. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The rooms need a lot of work. The a/c sounds like it’s going to blow up the room. Toilet makes a weird sound, even when it’s not being used. Bathtub needs to be redone (Rusty in corners). The water provided in room tasted terrible. The coffee machine in the room was super dusty where you put water. I did feel safe due to guest needing a key to get to room. It was pretty close to a lot of walkable places.

Had to get a fan from maintenance as our AC didn’t work well and was hot and humid in our room to the point my husband didn’t sleep well our whole stay. Also, two hours after we checked out I received a text from the hotel that I had forfeited my $500 deposit as the “sensor” in the room detected we had conveniently smoked mere minutes before we left for the final time after no issues with that all week. I nor my husband smoke-THC, nicotine, vape, etc. We gladly asked for THC and nicotine testing as we knew we had not smoked in the room, but of course was denied that and told tough luck. The manager, Amber, then called security as she didn’t like us asking questions and could not give us any answers would just say “I can’t make those decisions.” She then accused my husband and I of smoking in front of numerous people that were checking in/out and basically told us we needed to deal with the consequences of our own actions. We both have jobs that require routine drug and nicotine testing. Afterwards I read countless reviews left regarding the same issue with no resolution and is typically linked to aerosols such as hairspray and/or water vapor. This is ridiculous, you need to do better.

We found the view so perfect especially great sunsets from the room. The Tiki Bar and Pool Area are great. Our room was great but could use some very slight upgrades. This hotel is a great value for money and the staff is outstanding. They are so responsive by text and we can't say enough about how they do their best to take care of the hotel guests. This hotel is right across the street from one of the best beach areas on the strip, and we walked from the Hotel to hike up Diamond Head twice during our stay.

This place is perfect for anyone who wants a traditional surfer dude feel to a beach front hotel. Anyone who complains about any insignificant deficiencies would be crying if they were eating shave ice! Relax your issues are 1st world problems. Mahalo to ALL the staff!

It is a good spot to 1 min walk to the Waikiki Beach. Free rental cheat and umbrella with it.

Not the fanciest BUT Not the worst....its simple decor....with absolutely comfortable and phenomenal beds and pillows...high quality towels and linens .....our room request was Ocean View which we enjoyed early morning and late evening......the pool can get crowded BUT ALL Lounges have umbrellas...plus plus....housekeeping is wonderful....We all as guest should make an extra effort to thank them when we see them in the halls....they do a great job at keeping our rooms in order....🤗...Tiki's poolside associate Misha is awesome ....I never once saw him without a smile and a greeting 🤗...the location of your hotel is far enough away from the whole Waikiki but still close enough walking distance to everything...loved the Beach across the street...it was the most relaxing 4 days ever spent in Oahu....

My neighbor recommended the Twin Finn and I am so happy she did! We got beach front with a balcony, high floor and the views were amazing. We also upgraded with breakfast on the roof... The staff was warm and friendly. I would come back here again The

Has the older smell like some places in Waikiki do (our carpet felt wet? Not sure why) Needs some updating. But the bed was clean and love the location of the hotel, walkable to beach and shops. The Coconut club for breakfast is an amazing option! $55 for everyone in your room total! And great food/view for breakfast.
