Loved that it was right across the street from the beach. Valet parking made it convenient for us to park. Everyone was helpful and friendly except one of the valet workers. Maybe he was having a bad day.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Although, it was not our first time staying with Twin Fin Hotel but this was the far worst experienced due to sewage smell in our bathroom the first 2 nights. We notified the hotel and we were moved to a different room. Second room has no smell but now we had to deal with noises from our balcony sliding door that whistles very loud due to windy weather (April). That was every single night. We didn’t bother to mention anything to the hotel management since it wont be an easy fix. Overall, I will give a 2 stars since everything is close by; shops, eats, and the beach.

As a solo traveler an k experience. If you bring family on a budget sure. Resort fees when anyone from the street can use amenities. Other than views, location and front desk an k place to stay not worth it.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely terrible. I’ve never had this bad of a hotel experience in my life. Especially at a resort that claims to be a 4-star property. The cleanliness and how out-dated everything was compared to pictures advertised were terrible. The quality of both rooms they put us in were beyond unacceptable. For example; bloody hand print smeared on the front door of our room, mold in the bathroom in multiple spots, stains all over the bed mattress & sheets, the room smelled like mildew, dust and dirt all over the room like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Staff is great, room was rundown.

I just wanna say the staff was wonderful. Incredibly nice. No problem with that. Location is great. Can walk to everything. But valet is 52$ a night and I was told there was no other option but valet.. alright. The hotel popcorn ceiling was falling off in the hallways in multiple areas which was gross. The bathroom in the room was nothing to write home about. Also I can’t tell if the bathroom had a vent so when you showered it became so steamy after 5 minutes that water would drip down the walls. That’s great! So shower with the bathroom door open. Also good luck if you’re over 5’7” taking a shower. The head will spray your back cuz it’s so low, I had to squat lol. It seriously looked like the landlord special. Everything looked like it had 10 layers of paint on it, even the door hinges. For a RESORT that I just payed over $2,000 to stay at, I have stayed in significantly nicer rooms. I was actually disappointed. With how much I paid, I expected a much nicer room but maybe my expectations are way off, I dunno. I won’t be staying here again.
