My room was unavailable for 3.5 hours after check in time , no room service , food options limited and extremely expensive, service was poor and not friendly at all. I will never return or book a trip to this area again homeless population and dirty areas everywhere, tourist trap , no beach areas that were relaxing at all! Awful trip not worth my money ! So disappointed!

My room has a connecting door with neighbor, and our neighbor was loud. It wouldn’t bother us that much until he started smoking, the smoke was full of our room and we had to move to another room with two kids at midnight. The staff was nice to give us a new room but still we can’t imagine that happened in a 4-star hotel.

Loved the vibe here. Nice to have live music nightly and great restaurants on site. Great location! Also, free beach chairs and boogie boards daily plus all the activities, gym and jacuzzi. Hydration stations and endless supply of fresh beach towels made it easy!

Best place to stay in HI! The hotel was gorgeous on arrival, with orchids lining the path. The front desk staff was very welcoming and checked us in quickly with a friendly staff member showing us to our room and transporting our luggage. The hotel is filled with little shops and many events and activities, all included. Our room was spacious and bright with subtle and elegant decor. The bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were so soft.the atmosphere and staff have been so welcoming we decided to add 3 more nights! We highly recommend!

Exterior okay, room very dated, toilet tank troubles several times every day and wouldn't get properly fixed, shampoo/conditioners falling off the wall several nights in a row until I asked to have them taken down, stale smell even tho check in was three hours delayed because 'carpet wasn't dry yet'... asked for roll-in shower but only got a bathtub with maaany grabbars some very flimsy... disappointed

While at the resort someone was able to call my room number and the staff gave this person who I didn’t want to talk to information about my room number and that i was staying there. That is totally ridiculous that they just let anyone from the out know that you are there. I was utterly disappointed they allowed that.

The best hotel that I've been to so far! Very hospitable and accommodating staff. Room was very clean and quiet despite being in a touristy spot. The location is very strategic and convenient because it's close to attractions and other establishments in Waikiki. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Mahalo for the memorable stay!

Staff was pleasant, I received a warmed welcome with Chocolate and Birthday card left on door. They had a lot of activities to participate in, however I do think it should be a choice to participate and not be charge you per day for activities if you don’t participate. Thank you, Treshenna

They put us in a room with a full size bed like why when we are two adults my husband is 6/2 the bed was way to small for both of us we literally couldn’t get comfortable and didn’t get good sleep or rest we to talk to front desk and said they had no rooms since every room was booked, I said well nothing I can do we just have to deal with it. Second night the couple next door started an argument around 2 am they were yelling at each other for hours we got no sleep it was an awful experience we really wanted to enjoy our anniversary little vacation and we didn’t 😔
