They were short on staff. Was able to barely check in but when I went back to the front desk to ask for toiletries, no one was there and I waited over 5 minutes to see if someone would come out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and had stains on parts of the comforter.

The worst experience ever! I had to contact you all about it. No AC in 90+ temperature. No accommodations by the staff. Told to leave the window open. Staff didn't care about my safety concerns.

Don’t stay here in summer
I wouldn’t stay here in summer; AC barely worked. It gets hot in Grand Junction over the summer. They gave us a fan but it just blew hot air around. Staff was nice and the room was clean. I realize it is a budget motel but most budget motels have AC that works

It would have been a good $40 per night room, but NOT worth $150. Remodeling was a new shower. Floors are falling apart. I couldn't tell if the sink was dirty or just old stains.

There was a heavy rainfall the room was flooded with rain. We asked the staff if they could come clean it up. They brought us towels and told us that it was not their job to clean that room so we ended up doing it ourselves. The pool was full of LG and they were cleaning it out at the time so the pool was unavailable for the three days we were there Were pretty dirty chairs and trash all around.

I would call this "adequate", and for the price, it really is an great deal. The bed was a bit past it's prime, and the guide on the tv didn't work, but otherwise it was fine. The clerk who checked me in didn't give me the password for the wifi, so I had to go back later and ask for it, since it's not documented in the room, however he was new, and seemed a tad flustered, so no big deal. I'm sure I could have found plenty of better options, but not for this money.

Upon arrival the A/C in the room was obviously not working as it was hotter than the 95 + degree temperature outside. Notified staff and was told to wait a bit and make sure system was turned on. They also told me that fans were available. After returning to the front desk, they did change my room with no questions. The second room did have working A/C, barely. Even on 70 degree evenings, the room was still warmer than the outside temperature. I ended up sleeping with the window open and the A/C cranked. The bed was comfortable and the only other issue with the room was the floor in the bathroom. Pictures are attached. I did not pursue the A/C issue or the bathroom issue as I was truly just sleeping there. All of my other staff interactions were fine. I just wouldn’t ever recommend this place. This is the 4th time that I have visited this area and the first time I have been disappointed with my lodging choice. All 3 other places are within 1 mile of the location in question.

The air conditioner is broken and they are still charging full price. The front desk staff is incredibly rude. This was the worse motel experience I've ever had.
