"Property recently renovated . Very well updated . Comfortable furniture and nice dining area . Very nice location especially for visiting family in Menlo Park and conveniently located near Stanford . Shopping center with super market very short walk right across the street and route 280 highway also very close by. Reserved parking spot a bonus and plenty of open guest parking as well on the roof at same garage ….nicely heated saltwater pool and shared bbq area on premises for family get togethers . Mattresses very comfortable . Slept very well at night . Abundance of closet space throughout unit ….Very quiet neighborhood . We heard foot steps from unit above us intraday but heard nothing after 10pm quiet time . Nothing to complain about . Overall smooth and pleasant experience . "

"We had a fantastic stay. The rental, the property, the amenities and the location are all fantastic. This is a perfect space for a family, with everything you need (cooking supplies, etc.) plus lot's of bonuses (beautiful hiking trails steps from the driveway, fun activities on property, and tons of kids' games and books in the unit). This is in a beautiful part of the Bay Area and feels secluded, but is close to everything. Also Bill was lovely and responsive. Thank you for a great week!"

We were able to prepare and share meals, play a little pool and slept well.The location was also a good staging place for local trips including hikes, meals out (Alice's Restaurant) and places of interest nearby such as Stanford University. "We were looking for a house near to where we were having a celebration of life for a recently passed family member. The house was perfect for our large extended family (aunts, uncles, mom, siblings, kids (10, 13, 16). We were all comfortable in the house and were able to entertain friends who came by.The house was clean and in a great location for us. Communication and feedback with owner was great too."
