Back in the day..this place was awesome however the condition of our room was horrible. Paint pealing of the wall shower had mold and did not drain well. The bathroom sink was coming off the wall.bed was comfortable. Clean sheets. They are remodeling so hopefully when they get finished it will be back to 5 stars. Costumer service was excellent! The bartender was great and the hotel staff very polite and helpful. The lobby was beautiful.

No parking at all unless you pay $30 a night for their parking garage which no one tells you about until checkout, buffet on fri and sat is good but not $45 a person good. Just an upgraded golden corral

The hotel while historical is in need of repair, several areas in the halls with pealing plaster. As well as my room and bathroom. The carpet was ripped and torn in several places. It looked like it was original if not at least 50 years old. The swimming pools and hot tub were likewise in need of major repairs. The best part was the staff at the Front Desk and Parking. If I had know its condition in advance I would not have stayed there.

We love this old hotel. It was very nastalgic. We loved the older decor in our room. The staff was very attentive and offered an upgrade. Overall we loved the hotel and plan to spend our wedding anniversary there.

If you don't mind every floor filled with Marijuana smoke and the constant pot heads smoking at the pool around everyone's children its the perfect place for all of Hot Springs to get high and your children to learn what that smell is.

The room was very shabby and one of the beds had dirt, leaves and hair between the sheets. There was a hole in the wall and the safety bar in the bathtub was not connected to the wall. The carpet was torn and stained. I expected much more for the reputation and history of the hotel. The final insult was the “resort fee” I paid at checkout for a room in that condition.

The Arlington Hotel is a historic hotel in the heart of Hot Springs National Park. It used to be a grand hotel and a highlight of a stay in Hot Springs AR. However after multiple renovations and the march of time this is no longer the case. People come from all over the world to visit the hot springs here on Bathhouse row. Sadly the facilities at the Arlington take away and not add to the experience. Also hotel guests have to pay $22.50 just to self park in the Arlington’s parking garage which is in my opinion unsafe. The second level where I parked suffered a mild land/rock slide into the structure. It’s sad because this is such a grand property. I cannot recommend The Arlington. You’re better off at a newer hotel. Think Embassy Suites for the price of staying of staying somewhere that’s old, paint cracking and peeling off the walls and the staff could care less. Especially in the dining room. Maybe get off your phones and attempt better service. 0 star ⭐️ in my book. Will never be back.

Very historical hotel and surroundings. A lot of great shops and great places to eat nearby as well as in the hotel. Great spa services. Other than a couple of exception hotel staff was very polite and helpful.
