The breakfast ran out of coffee and pastry and nobody refill it. Also, there’s no trash can in the toilet room which is not convenient. The room is not cleaned daily, nobody told us until we asked and was told it’s cleaned every other day. The location is good if you want to visit space center.

Had a nice stay... breakfast was also good. Everything was fantastic except there was no cleaning done after the 1st night. Not sure if it is supposed to be done on request...

Phones in room didn’t work. No locks on bathroom doors. Finger prints all over windows. When shower steamed mirror there was writing that was in the mirror making me question the cleanliness. Called to ask staff to ask neighbors to quiet down a party at 10pm. The music was loud. May people coming and going and there was running down the hall and the door kept slamming. Staff told me that “I told them when they told me they were having a party it wouldn’t be loud.” Today’s employee had ear buds in and didn’t respond to any questions I asked.

We loved our stay. It was clean and for the most part, quiet. But the staff was very unfriendly. EVERYONE of them. No hello, no have a nice day. NOT even a smile! Please people if you’re in the service industry, at least fake a smile!

Upon checking in, the room toilet flushed once, and then wouldn’t flush again. It wasn’t clogged. Just wouldn’t flush. I called the front desk and they said the maintenance person was gone for the day, but he so kindly offered for me to come get a plunger from the front desk. Are you kidding me?? Not, “we will get you into another room”. No. It was, come get a plunger. We went out to eat then came back. When we got back around 9pm, the front lobby was full of people, playing music and doing who knows what. We felt very out of place. In the am, we came down for breakfast at 7:30 and the dining area was packed with no seating. We checked out and the am front desk worker was slightly sympathetic to the toilet situation. He said, “yeah they should have offered you another room”. No discount, no comp. No, just “sorry about that. Hope to see you back”.
