Our stay was great. Didn't have but one big towel in a double queen room, but the front desk took care of it immediately upon asking. The no carpet floors are an excellent addition but they did need to be cleaned better. Other than that the stay was excellent

Have stayed multiple times. Always clean & quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Kitchenette has induction stove top, requires pots and pans specifically for that type. Others will not work. Bring your own plates, flatware & utensils. Great value for your money.
