Strong smell of urine from sofa
Lovely friendly greeting on arrival, we went straight out for the evening after putting our bags in the room, return late after midnight and noticed a smell in the room couldn’t place it, left it as we were tired and just wanted to sleep, in the morning it was quite unpleasant and we realised it was from the sofa area which when we looked at was extremely dirty and the aroma was possibly urine

Amazing Staff!
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent 2 night stay here. Whilst the property is starting to show its age and look a little tired in some areas in the room, the location is lovely and the absolutely first class amazing staff more than make up for this. They are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone says hi and smiles. I was really impressed. You should be so proud of your people! I would definitely stay here again, it was overall a wonderful stay.
