Manager on charge not helpful and need to learn how to improve himself to give the best possible results for guests. "This was my second stay and I would definitely come back a third time. I really liked how cold the ac got. I actually had to turn the thermostat up because it was too cold in my room. The location is ideal with it being so close to the ferry, shopping, restaurants and Playa Norte."

"Great location, pleanty and easy parking for golf cart only, a few steps from the beach. Only issue we had was the shower backed up, everything else was is good condition. Highly recommend."
