Excellent stay! The concierge greeted us with a drink and helped with checking into our room. Room service was always great and delivered fast. The entire hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.

The whole experience from checking in to check out was wonderful.. The room was very clean and comfortable along with great room service. The on site restaurant 140 deg, has a great menu and exceptional food! My only complaint would be the lack of good access to the ocean water, but the pools and bar service made up for it.

All the staff at Hotel Below were great! They were friendly and courteous! Mateo the hotel porter provided awesome service and information of the island and things to see and do. The hotel wasn't crowded or loud. There were no long lines to eat. The dining portions of food were small, but you could ask for more it was all inclusive resort. The Sky pool was awesome. You had to go to the bar to get your drinks but it was close by. The main pool was never packed and you could get drinks in the pool. The beach portion was small but it was not packed. the water was perfect. I would definitely go back!

Absolutely loved how helpedful they are.after purchasing they guide you with everything from landing to transportation to the island. Mateo at the front desk is so fast hlto greet you inside and provides a welcome drink. Front desk explained everything to the T. They walk you to your room and explain everything including how to rent a golfkart.there is 2 pools with a walking beach in the fact. The food is good and the servers suppert excellent i cant wait to come back. I havd a phenomenal experience.

The staff at this hotel is terrific. Mateo, Alberto, Hugo, and the front desk staff were nothing short of wonderful. Accommodating, friendly, and attentive. Hotel Beló was nice. It was overall smaller than what it looks like on Expedia, but it’s still very cute. There is only ONE restaurant on property, so if you do an all-inclusive, it’s not really worth it for-wise. There are some chairs and cabanas on the beach for patrons that were a nice touch. The beach itself is small, but if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing environment, then this is the place for you. They also have a cute picture prop in the ocean, but the some of the letters that are supposed to spell Isla Mujeres Hotel Beló are broken, fallen or missing all together. We did lose power for a bit one day, but it came back in an hour or so. Overall it was a nice relaxing time, but IMO not worth an all-inclusive. I will say, the food at the restaurant on property did not disappoint!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Belo, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the Mateo’s customer service was outstanding. Although we got there early, the staff welcomed us warmly and quickly helped us get our room ready. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for our stay. A special shout-out to Marco at the pool bar! He was always attentive and served up the best drinks, making our time by the pool even more enjoyable. In the restaurant, Trista, Hugo, Alberto and Jorge provided exceptional service, greeting us with warmth and ensuring that we were well taken care of at every meal. Their attentiveness made us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds that made for restful nights. Room service was fast and delicious, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. While the beach is small, it is impeccably maintained and offers a great atmosphere for relaxation. The hotel is very family-oriented and provides a quiet environment perfect for unwinding. Overall, Hotel Belo exceeded our expectations with its exemplary service and comfortable amenities. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a delightful getaway!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The roof top bar has an amazing view & is a fun place to have some drinks. The ground level pool is nice too. We had an ocean view room with a XL king size bed which was great. The warm water pressure lacked & would get scalding hot and then cold with just a little push of the handle. There’s really only 1 restaurant on site & when the restaurant is closed they have a snack bar but very limited options on what to eat. It can get noisy at times due to the traffic and you can hear the housekeepers and other guest rolling their carts & luggage.
