A few minor things to note—the water in the room has a slight aftertaste, and only Pepsi is available instead of Coke. Also, the elevator buttons would be easier to see if labeled in white instead of red. Some guests struggled to see them and accidentally pressed all the buttons, so we stopped on every floor! One of the highlights of our trip was an excursion to swim with dolphins—an absolutely incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience and surprisingly affordable. This hotel is simply exceptional. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and I’ll definitely be coming back with my family. Thank you, Riu, for a truly memorable experience!"
