Roaches in the room and they told me there’s not another room available to change me TV did not work for two days maintenance guy couldn’t come and fix I wouldn’t stay there even for free and call hotel .com I can’t get anyone on the phone like they use help before they become one key

When I showed up the check in staff played on his phone before checking us in , the place felt So unsafe and seedy . Blood stains ? Cig holes ?absolutely not - the pics make it look a lot nicer than it is . It’s trash

I wasn't crazy about the parking lot, but otherwise was satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, the area was quiet. Not complaints and would stay again.

Disappointed with the stay
First off the pool was closed due to it being dirty. This is the only reason I booked this hotel is because of the pool. There were roaches in the room. The bed covering had cigarette holes in them. The microwave didn't work. The appliances in the room tub, faucet, sink and toilet were all very worn and outdated. When we turned on the faucet water came out so fast and got you wet. We had a two night stay and got locked out when we went out the room the 1st day.I was disappointed with the condition of the room overall.

Won’t stay at Econo Lodge again
We had to pay a $100 deposit which was not advertised on the site. The bed was hard and tilted towards the head of the bed. For an updated look there were no usb ports for our electronics. There was no substance to the pillows. You put your head on them and they go flat. And they only gave us one room key. The desk rep wasnt very personable. He was very blunt and had little customer service appeal.

They checked another group into my room???
Nice rooms but I can’t overlook the fact that the hotel reception tried to check another group into my room on the second night of my weeklong stay. I arrived back at my room to find it full of people who had thrown their bags on the beds and were wandering around with my laptop and other belongings in plain view. An honest mistake but a significant one. You and your valuables are not safe here if reception gives out keys to your room.
