Overall good experience. Staff very nice and responsive. Bed was very nice and comfortable. The only thing is it's an older hotel so you have that kinda wet or humid experience from the AC. Nothing that will ruin your stay! Would stay again if in the area.

It was close to the freeway. I did not like the smell anytime entering the room but after a few minutes got used to the smell. I don’t know if it was because of AC or something else.

Overall good place and rooms are clean. Could use an interior update on hallways and lobby. Pricey as I had to stay here due to IU Bloomington being overpriced due to football games. Housekeeping pounded on my door at 8am Saturday so that was a little too much.

This stay was quite good with the friendly staff and facilities. What I didn't like that Expedia charged me DOUBLE what the going rate at the hotel was, and tried convincing me that there were minimal rooms left urging me to sign up quickly.

Carpet in room was very dirty. Musty wet smell in entire facility. My opionion is just dont stay here. We checked out after one night out of the three we booked. We were only refunded one night. Also please read the reviews and if you have children i would not even consider this hotel.

NIce, clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast area was well stocked, neat and clean. There are several fast food resturants nearby. Hotel is back off the road in a quiet area. Pretty area of the state.

The overall effect of the hotel was worn and ragged the room smelled of moldy carpet and age. The mattress was uncomfortable. And the staff while friendly were still unenthusiastic and just didn’t want to be bothered

Sitting on the side of the bed and see a rat run across the floor. Thought no, it can’t be! But then it ran back across the floor! Told front desk and they already had received complaints about it. Payed over $100 for the room and the hotel is infested with rats!!!

Property is very well maintained and staff is friendly. Bed was worn and not super comfortable and a good hour from Indianapolis with traffic. I didn't realize Martinsville was in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast served daily, which was convenient.
