This property is massive. It is in the middle of updates. We stayed on floor 3. The room was updated and the bed was comfortable. Although every thing was new, the room had a Smokey odor. I am assuming the vent system needs cleaned out. There was o lot o e restaurant inside.

At least offer some sort of breakfest or something and fix your damn elevator's, you're making plenty of money. Probably wouldnt stay here because of these two issues

The price was great. Room was clean and quiet. I was able to get a good night sleep and get to the airport by 4 am. Great shuttle service and loved the convenience of be able to leave my car while traveling.

I only stayed for one night so not much to say about the property but the room was clean so i was good. I do want to complain about the elevators. They were not operating properly and I felt unsafe the few times I had to ride them as I was on the 5th floor

Place was run down. I hadd no fridge no microwave. Elevator was broke. One ice machine for 6 floors. Thats just the tip off the wrong with this place

Booked a room in the “executive tower” which turns out just means the rooms they haven’t updated since 1995 and don’t use unless the hotel is at full capacity. Extremely outdated, stains on the carpet, peeling wallpaper, water stains on the ceilings. TV from 2010 didn’t work so we had to call maintenance at 10pm. Not a huge deal, they fixed it for bed. Got up at 7:30am to get ready for the Lions/Colts game, shower doesn’t work, handle falls completely off. Call down to the front desk, was told there are no other rooms to offer us a shower and they send maintenance up. No manager on duty on a weekend where the hotel is completely sold out. Maintenance gets the shower going, can’t tell you the last time that shower was used with the smell coming out of the water. Contacted Wyndham customer support who advised they also tried contacting the hotel and were also told there is no upper management to assist with our issues but someone should get back with me in a WEEK!

Worst hotel ever!
Absolutely horrible hotel. Elevator broken. Not even a complementary breakfast. Door would not lock. Just take a look at the picture of the door knob. What a joke!!

When we arrives the hotel attendant Desmond was looking down at his phone and not paying attention. He was not very friendly when he did greet us. He just gave us the room keys and did not give any information about the hotel ie amenities or elevator. We ended up getting stuck in the elevator. Our room was also not securely shut when we finally got there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will not be returning to this establishment

Buyer beware
We were greeted with broken elevators, and had to use 1 working elevator elf or everyone. Our shower didn’t drain, the curtains didn’t close , and Our room had literal cracks in the walls and ceiling. The front desk staff was great, and the restaurant had great service and food.
