"I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past. It was always my first choice when visiting Victoria. Visiting again, after many years absence, I wasn't disappointed. The condos are bright with lots of windows, spacious, clean, well equipped, nicely furnished, and have interesting views, regardless of which direction the room faces. The staff is always professional and helpful. It is located conveniently for walking and has a great parking garage."

"We stayed 3 nights and this will now be our go to hotel in Victoria. The hotel was so convenient/walkable to all downtown locations we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast and happy hour were both fantastic. My only complaint is that there were no disposable slippers in the room to wear to the pool. "
