We were excited to stay at the hotel as we always visited the restaurant many years ago. We were disappointed however due to the extremely uncomfortable bed that gave us severe back pain. There was also very little noise isolation from the main street that made it difficult to sleep at times. The cleanliness was average although there was some mold around the shower. The toilet paper was also the thinnest possible making it extremely frustrating to use. The shower products were pretty good and the location is great although Douglas St can get sketchy at night.

We love this hotel and always stay there. Everything in downtown Victoria is easily walkable and it is only a few blocks to the Savon Center for hockey. It is easy to get in and out of town from the location. Be sure to go to John’s for breakfast-just a block away!

Great stay!
We’ve stayed at Hotel Rialto several times and always have a wonderful time. Comfortable and clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff. Great location too with downtown, Chinatown, and the ferry all within walking distance.
