The updating of the hotel retained just enough of the quirkiness of the original building to give it a real sense of place."

Ideally located for exploring the old town. Car parking is good Cannot fault this lovely little hotel. Excellent value. "

"Stopped for one night en route to the Algarve. Very modern and clean hotel at a reasonable price. Our room (on 5th floor) was superb. Much appreciated the underground parking. Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast excellent with wide choice and good value. Although out of town, easy to drive in to Caceres for an evening out. Only negative was lack of evening dining facilities. One expensive restaurant that doesn’t open until 8.30pm or bar snacks. But otherwise, extremely good."
