Great location, 1 minute to the opera house and other few minutes to main historical museums and art displays. The hotel has the best coffee in Viena! And it is too much to say.

A way to stay
A wonderfully located hotel is a perfect place to stay in Vienna. The members of staff were very friendly and helpful, the cleaning service were well provided and the breakfast included in the stay rate was good. But nothing was better than a spacious family room equipped will all the necessary appliances for comfortable experience. I’d definitely come back here

Parking is a liytlw far away and too expensive, thouhh the hotel provides a tiny discount if the parking ticket is bought from them. The hotel is very centrally located, which is a huge positive. Housekeeping staff is decent but communication with them was hard due to non English speaking staff.

O11 Hotel
O11 was a really nice hotel located close to the State Opera House and city center. It is close to the metro and an easy trip from the train station or airport. The room was nice and the staff was helpful. Late check out did cost 15 euro for an extra hour. It would have been nice if they just provided it as a courtesy. I would stay here again.
