We book this hotel for only for a night. Once we were their for a one night stay , and got to bed We start to get bitten all over the body. We check the bed and there was a huge bedbug. I show pictures to front desk and a employee when to the room checked and for her surprise there were 2 more. They denied was bed bugs. But my body still itchy from the different parts of my body that got bitten, also my wife. I had to call the Cops, to get my refund of the $100 deposit. Not my stayingof $166. They stablish that i have to go trough Expedia for that. Im so disappointed this happened to me on a place im from. What a Shame!!!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. I loved everything about this place and will definitely be coming back. It's in walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The ubers were a great price and if we needed to go somewhere farther out, we were able to rent a car right at the hotel. The hotel is also located about a block away from the beach.

This was an amazing place to stay! The location is so convenient: short walk to the beach, many restaurants, close to the airport, 20 min from Old San Juan, and an hour from Fajaros. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Someone is always at the front desk and we felt very safe here as three girls traveling alone. The room is clean. Definitely stay here!

It was my second time to this property. I feel like the room was out dated and equipment in the room was old. I feel the space for the cars should be one per room. There was a few times I needed to walk good distance to park the car due to no parking.

The hotel was clean and had friendly, helpful staff. A hidden gem among the many hotels in Carolina, San Juan. It’s located within a short distance of the beach, airport, & numerous dining options. I rated 4/5 stars only because parking onsite can be tricky…it’s nothing major since the staff will always assist in getting the guest situated. I would definitely have my family stay there again.

This is perfect place to rest your head at the end of a long day of exploring. The pool is perfect to get your exercise in. For the most part we had it to ourselves. The rooms have very powerful AC's. There is a souvenir store close by and plenty of places to eat are at walking distance.

I get a room next to the pool but a guess was yelling for some reason, music all day but is a very nice place location. Not the best for bringing a rental vehicle because not a parking spot available after 8 pm
