We stayed at Terra Cave Hotel for 3 nights at the end of November and we loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged our airport transfers and all the tours we did while we were in the area. Breakfast was great, with omelettes made fresh on order. Location is close to the centre of the town and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants in 5 mins. We only stayed for two days but we had a great experience in the short time we were there.

Great place to stay, place was clean and nice, did have trouble one night with the AC but it came on by itself after I quit hitting all the buttons. Had an amazing view from our room which made it even more memorable.

Alzer hotel is in such a great location. It’s a very cute hotel right in the square that faxes the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Felt very safe. Was very clean. Breakfast was really good. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were amazing. It was super walkable and very convenient to plenty of shops and restaurants and all things in SultanAhmat area. Would stay again.

The Alzer Hotel is directly across from the Blue Mosque and on the Hippodrome, which is all flat. Istanbul is very hilly, so this was a fantastic location for me, who has mobility issues due to a bad knee. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. The food was exquisite, and all the staff were the best I have ever encountered... nothing was ever too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Alzer Hotel, and we would love to return one day and stay here again.

This is the place to be if it’s your first time and you want to be close to all the tourist sites. The whole area is semi-closed off with very friendly tourist police. Wonderful little hotel, clean, nice decor. . Would love to have spent more days there. The buffet on the top floor is amazing - Great views. Close to tram stop. Very walkable. If you’re driving this is not the neighborhood

We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman at reception who gave us some information on Istanbul and the history behind the Pasha Suite we were staying in. He was very helpful. The room itself was beautiful, there was a hallway in the room with the bathroom, bedroom, and living room with a spectacular view of the blue mosque, hippodrome, and part of the Bosphorus. The rooms were kept clean and the breakfast room above had spectacular views with a nicely sized buffet. The staff were all so lovely and I look forward to coming back!
