One very minor imperfection is the location of the refreshment vending machine in the lounge. It is very loud and should be moved around the corner or further away from the lounge or else get a quieter one."

"Lovely hotel. Only complaint was the restaurant was understaffed. We requested coffee and a menu. We got 2 empty coffee cups and no menu. After 20 minutes, we decided to head out and eat elsewhere. Had we at least gotten coffee. We would have stayed. "

"This is easily one of the best hotel for the price. You have a spacious room with kitchenette, possibility to have a indoor parking (for winter this is priceless) and a continental breakfast included. It was situated right down town Ottawa and 10 minutes walk from the Rideau canal for staking."
