Amazing service and location. Highly recommended.

Amazing location and service. We had a great time staying at Arden City hotel. It’s a short walk from major Istanbul historical sites. Rooms are clean and staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. They can arrange travel to and from local airports. They have an amazing rooftop restaurant with a great view serving food and drinks all day including a full buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

Best hotel in 9 visits over 20 years.

9th stay in the Sultanahment over 20 years: ARDEN was the best hotel I've stayed in. Perfect location,. Aslan and staff were attentive. Very clean. Great breakfast with view. Room was dark and quiet. Lobby is great to end the day with a tea and view of street life. Most perfect hotel I've stayed in. One complaint ... the bed was too hard.

The stay here was great! The staff was wonderful very welcoming from the front desk, chef, the waitresses, cleaning ladies. The location was great almost all the important tourist locations were walking distance and a lot of restaurants walking distance the hotel is literally in the heart of the tourist stuff. The breakfast was very good we enjoyed. We would absolutely stay here again! :) Thank you to all the staff at the hotel

Me and my husband stayed here for our first trip to Istanbul, it was a good hotel but quite old- not what we were use to. However the staff were friendly and hospitable. We would recommend as the location was ideal.

Its a nice hotel and hardly 10 minutes walk to main attractions in Sultanahmet .plenty of dinning options around. Staff during breakfast specially Mehmet was amazing. Also young waiter Ege was very helpful. Managers lack communication and good customer services skills though. Condition of property is average and not too clean . Cleaner is around every morning but i guess she just makes the bed and nothing else. Overall a good experience but they can improve on cleaning.

Hotel is walking distance to a lot of the mosques. Quick 5 min walk and you can catch the tram. Lots of breakfast and dinner options near by. Including their own restaurant on the roof top. Staff are very helpful and nice. Hotel is clean and tidy.

A nice hotel that’s closely located to many of Istanbul’s attractions. Plus shops, the tram, restaurants, and baths are all nearby too. The staff were pleasant and helpful. And although my room was small it was clean and functional. The rooftop restaurant was certainly a bonus and the food was good too. The included breakfast was basic but the surrounding views made up for it. If I ever return to Istanbul, I’d stay here again.

Staff were helpful and very courteous. Very little soundproofing in rooms...you could easily hear tv and voices from next room. Also, open stairway added to very loud noise created by returning guests, who in the main, were quite inconsiderate of other guests, sometimes at 2am! Beds were extrely hard!

The manager is kind enough to proactively offer us the upgrade on the room. It is nice to have big room in old city for our week stay. The terrance restaurant is great spot for breakfast and sunrise. The chef was great and prepare various cakes and cookie for breakfast.
