Hotel is walking distance to a lot of the mosques. Quick 5 min walk and you can catch the tram. Lots of breakfast and dinner options near by. Including their own restaurant on the roof top. Staff are very helpful and nice. Hotel is clean and tidy.

A nice hotel that’s closely located to many of Istanbul’s attractions. Plus shops, the tram, restaurants, and baths are all nearby too. The staff were pleasant and helpful. And although my room was small it was clean and functional. The rooftop restaurant was certainly a bonus and the food was good too. The included breakfast was basic but the surrounding views made up for it. If I ever return to Istanbul, I’d stay here again.

Staff were helpful and very courteous. Very little soundproofing in rooms...you could easily hear tv and voices from next room. Also, open stairway added to very loud noise created by returning guests, who in the main, were quite inconsiderate of other guests, sometimes at 2am! Beds were extrely hard!

The manager is kind enough to proactively offer us the upgrade on the room. It is nice to have big room in old city for our week stay. The terrance restaurant is great spot for breakfast and sunrise. The chef was great and prepare various cakes and cookie for breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arden City Hotel. Great hospitality starting from receptio desk to the porters were very polite and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient to get to all the attractions. Would recommend, and stay there again.

Staff were very helpful, attentive and pleasant. The hotel was very clean and generally comfortable. Its location in the centre of Istanbul was very convenient for many of the attractions of the city, but inevitably a little noisy. The breakfasts were rather strange to us, but we were able to select enough to eat. The lack of conventional bed sheets made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable for one of us. Space in the bathroom was limited. The lift, although working, was very slow. The air conditioning was effective and easy to control. The prices charged for meals etc. were reasonable. We would stay there again, which is the best recommendation.

The hotel is very welcoming, we felt very safe and comfortable. It's spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful. We slept well on comfy beds, had a great view and had all the amenities we needed. The restaurant had an amazing view and delicious food I highly recommend. The hotel organised airport transfers which was efficiently done and very helpful. Reception staff were knowledgeable and able to recommend and organise excellent trips. The area in which the hotel is located is good for transport, for sightseeing, for shopping and felt very safe. We would definitely stay again.

Great location which is very close and convenient to a few of the landmarks and tourist attractions. Easy access to public transports. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and acknowledged. Enjoy the best morning and evening view from the terrace restaurant of Istanbul. The decoration of room is very out dated, on 80’s and 90’s. The hairdryer is not powerful enough and the handle got very hot after a while, very poor wall insulation that you could hear the conversation from the room next door. The electric power cut off completely when the fob leaves the holder, even the fridge in the room so not able to store anything while no one attending. The mattress is too soft from preference. For cleanliness, clean and tidy when checked in. But a few minus during the stay, either bin not get empty or towels not got replaced.

Footsteps away from aya Sofia
3-4 min walk to away Sofia. Was able to pray salah as many times as I could in Aya sofia. Food options could have been better. Staff if friendly with the exception of one gentleman who was rude to my fellow traveler whose room key stopped working several times. Bottom line, It’s all about location location location

Had a very nice stay here with husband. Upon arrival was upgraded to a room with a balcony on sixth floor which had views of Hagia Sofia. Location of hotel is excellent- two to three minute walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque and five to ten minute walk to Grand Bazaar. There is also a tram station at the bottom of the road. Staff are extremely helpful- asked for an extra blanket and an iron, both times item arrived within a few minutes of asking. Good Turkish breakfast with other options too. We would definitely stay here again.
