Friendly reception staff and cleaning lady on level 4 was amazing. She was always smiling and polite and did a through job of cleaning the rooms. Staff during breakfast were polite and helpful, went out of their way to make people feel welcome during breakfast. The staff in charge of Pool area were really friendly and helpful. Also massive thank you to the ladies that did an amazing job with massage session for me and my daughters. Definitely come back and stay at the hotel
