It was our fourth stay and I guess, our last. In 1.5 months since our last visit the hotel completely changed. We understand that it is undergoing renovations now. But... No blankets in the rooms? Some skinny towels instead of blankets? Dirty sink, dirty door in the room, there was some leakage on the floor when we took a shower... No, thank you. No more.

The staff was super friendly. The driver waited fornus at the airport for 2 hours. The restaurant food was excellent, and i lovednthe 3-bedroom family suite. The view of the mosque was exquisite. I would definitely for a longer stay.

The hotel is in a very bad condition, smell is terrible and it is spread throughout the lobby, restaurant, hallways and rooms.Curtains in rooms are full of dust and they are all over the walls. We could barely open window to refresh the air a bit. Area around the hotel is unsafe and onyl men are on these streets and in restaurants nearby. Food in hotel restaurant is poor, but you have no choice but to eat there with all the flies around you. Staff does not speak English. So called VIP transportation is non responsive, van is dirty and driver does not speak English which makes locating them at the airport very difficult. I do not recommend this hotel.

The property is in a good location in relation to the Istanbul Airport. Their shuttle service was excellent, it was in a safe suburb of Istanbul and we were comfortable. The staff were also excellent and extremely helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Hills! The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the mini fridge in our room and the gentleman at reception addressed and resolved our issue promptly. We were very happy with the quality of service we received and would definitely recommend this hotel.
