Like....nothing, because I had reservation, and after long trip with my family and after two hour trying to find this hotel in Istanbul ( location is good) I got information that hotel no have empty room, and they dont care.... Hotel looking like from horor movie...DON'T GO!

Worst experience of reservation and hotel
Worst stay at all, I never meet such a bad reception in my life, firstly they told me the room wasn't available and they took my family to another hotel i didn't recognize it for one night then turn me back to this hotel. I request one more bed for children as policy allows with double room, they blackmail me to pay 14 euro/night more for my second baby, all hotels allow me to keep a baby with me if I used the same room beds. and he denied me to take the room until I call the travel agency (Hotels.com) I tried to call on contact us URL number in the application and it was wrong as well. anyhow he forced me to pay more cash money to get a room with double bed size and twin bed, without any option for any extra baby bed as mentioned on hotel details. anyhow, I had a very bad experience with this reservation and this hotel, I am wondering what I will tell my friends and groups about this vacation.

Дёшево и сердито!!!
Я выбирала этот отель по цене и расположению. Была акция и за номер с 2-мя односпальными кроватями заплатила всего 1300р. До Султанахмет пешком мин 15-20. До остановки автобуса, который едет в аэропорт новый мин 10. Рядом в 5 мин ходьбы целая улица ресторанов и кафе на любой вкус. Встретили нас очень приветливо. Мы приехали за 3 ч до заселения. Нам предложили чай, кофе, водички холодной попить. и посидеть передохнуть в холле. Номер небольшой, чистый. Мебель простенькая, старая. Дали всего одно полотенце на двоих. После напоминания- дали второе). Одно покрывало на кровати было в дырках, но чистое))). Кондиционер работал, но слышала от других постояльцев, что на 3 этаже есть номер с поломанным кондиционером и не спешат чинить его(. Есть завтрак-очень простой. На тарелке по 2-3 кусочка брынзы, сыра, колбасы, огурца, помидоров, несколько оливок, вареное яйцо и хлеб. И попить чай или кофе. Персонал приветливый. Если сравнивать остановиться в хостеле в многоместном номере или в этом отеле - то здесь гораздо комфортнее!!!!Цена как в хостеле на окраине - но у тебя отдельный 2-х местный номер.

Отель старый, обшарпанный, интерьер в стиле 100 летней давности, но за свои деньги это супер. Читали много плохих отзывов, но все же решили сами попробовать. За такие деньги - это просто супер: заселили рано, показали номера на выбор. Осмотрела номер, было одно полотенце. Попросила, тут же принесли все, что попросила. Чайник, чай, сахар, Кофе - все есть на первом этаже. Стандартный завтрак ( не шведский стол, а отдельные порции - как и всюду во время коронавируса). Уютная обеденная зона в старом дворцовом стиле. Вай-Фай отеля нестабильный, мы поймали какой-то чужой хороший вайфай. Номер маленький, но в нем есть все, что нужно. У номера выход через окно на лестницу во внутренний двор. Нам там было уютно кушать. Есть выход на крышу с балконом. Там сейчас ремонт, надеюсь там сделают Террасу. Оттуда вид на Босфор. Нам понравилось и мы продлили отель.

Horrorhotel
Bij aankomst waren onze kamers (2) aan anderen vergeven. We werden de eerste dag ondergebracht bij een hotel die nog volop in de verbouwing zat. De tweede dag hadden ze 1 kamer in het hotel ondanks toezeggingen dat ze het goed zouden regelen. Geen rookvrije kamer, geen warme water, vieze bedden, koelkast, waterkoker defect. De mede eigenaar Semih toonde zich verbaal erg agressief toen we met de receptionist hierover in gesprek waren. Kortom raden we iedereen af om in dit hotel te verblijven. De enige positieve in dit geheel was de aardige receptionist Mehmet.
