Once inside, it was very nice. But GPS takes you to the very dark back side. Staff inside says that happens a lot. There is a small door opening that way. You need to put a light and office/check in sign on that side. It was a very creepy start to our stay. We probably would have left, if we didn't have a non cancelable reservation.

We loved our stay. The hot tub and pool were perfect and we loved the double door access toward our car and out the door to the lobby/pool. The breakfast was delicious. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay there again when we are in Jackson.

Traveled here from MO Thought the pictures of the hotel/rooms looked really nice. Was disappointed when I saw the room. When you walk into the room you are greeted with the bathroom sink. Very tight entrance into the room. Parking situation was tight with bigger vehicles. Overall just an average experience. If we ever make it to WY again-we will stay somewhere different.

This was a great place to stay - walked to the unique and quaint downtown to visit shops and buy some souveniers. Room was big enough for 4 adults and luggage, breakfast had a great selection for everyone. Mountains in the background, very picturesque! Would stay here again if in the area!

The two door access to the inside of the hotel and outside to the parking area was extremely convenient. The breakfast food selections were somewhat limited, but were about the same as other hotels in this price range. The only negative was the shower. The shower rod was missing several screws, which caused the curtain to sag towards the middle at each end. This resulted in the bathroom floor being flooded.

We really did enjoy our stay with you. But I was disappointed when I told the lady at the front desk there was mold on the bathroom walls that is clearly visible. I did take a picture that she looked at. She changed the subject. Please update the room soon.
