"This VRBO was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. We wanted to walk downtown, as well as visit the outlet mall, Niagara Falls and some wineries. "The house easily accomodated our group of 7. The dining room was a perfect gathering place to play cards and games in the evening (options provided by host was a nice touch). The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. Compared to other VRBO locations, i found this to have a well stocked kitchen, with enough dishes etc that we were comfortably able to enjoy without having to bring everything with us. "

"The property was well appointed and very comfortable. Finding accommodations for 3 people can be challenging but the suite had a separate living room with a day bed which was perfect for us. Matt and Donna-Lea were great hosts. "
