I liked the surroundings. Lots of places to visit! Lots of shopping ground and delicious restaurant. I did not like the fact that the hotel seem very old.

The pictures online are deceptive, not at all what the rooms are like in person. Despite being claimed a 3 star hotel, this is more like a 2 star, or a nice hostel. During my stay, the blankets and sheets were covered in brown stains, the pillow cases were discolored and had holes in it, and the floors were blanketed in dust and grime. The shower walls were yellowing, and the toilet was also not clean as well. On top of that, the lamp on the bedside table was broken, the lamp shade was torn, and the light wouldn’t turn on. The bed was the worst part — it was like sleeping on a concrete floor, and, like the other parts of the room, was very dirty. When checking in and out, the front desk didn’t speak English at all, which is ridiculous considering this is marketed as a tourist hotel. Do not book this hotel… the pictures they post online are not from this property, and description is totally misleading. It is filthy, dirty, and dilapidated on a level I have never seen before despite traveling all over the world. Find another place to stay in Jeonju.

Good option for short stay
Ok hotel. Not a bad experience. But not the best. Good location. In centre of town so many shops and restaurants. 20 mins to Hanok village. So a good option if not staying in a home stay. Also shower sink and toilet not separate. Like walk in but not. So when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet.

Decent hotel. Amenities are very limited; shampoo, rinse, shower gel and hand soap, Sample size lotion. No coffee or tea, but there's a kettle and bottled water. Location is great.

Awesome Location Downtown Jeonju
Best place to stay downtown Jeonju. It's in the center of the hot area: lots of shops and tons of delicious restaurants. Our room had a terrace and was an awesome place to chill after the night out and during the day.

It’s okay hotel but it’s way better than other hotels. There are several motels (called hotel though) so it is the best option to stay in Jeonju. It’s in the center of Gakridangil so very convenient to move from there. Recommended!

Let’s start with the positive - the gentleman at the concierge who checked us in was really good. His english was good and clear, he was very helpful, and we had a very positive check-in experience. (Do note that they are pretty strict about check-in time. You can ONLY check in at 3pm. No problem for us as we left our suitcases with the reception and went off to explore the area.) My biggest complaint would be cleanliness of the room. Upon walking in, the room seems spacious, tidy, modern and clean. But as we settled down, I noticed several flies around the room (I smacked at least 3), and there was hair in the drawer at the dresser and dust around the edges of the drawer. Another complaint is the beds were too hard for both my friend and I. We are not very particular with beds in general, but it was a very firm sponge mattress that was quite hard. Also, there are simply no hooks at all in the shower area. The toilet is open concept - the shower and toilet areas are separated with the sink in the middle and in the open. As such, you would need to change either in the shower area or the toilet area (unless you are ok changing in front of your travel companions), but there are no hooks anywhere for your clothes, and no racks, nothing. Even the door knob was so small you probably can only place a hanger with your clothes on it. (A positive thing though is the shower area was huge.) Overall, for that price and only a night, it was a good place in a great shopping area
