We stayed in a corner room and it was very nice, though the bathroom was a little tight. The bed was super comfortable, but the pillows could be a little better. They're maybe too soft. However, the same guy was working the front desk our entire stay and he clearly needs a vacation or something. He could not care less about providing good customer service. I would ask a question and it would seem like an inconvenience that I was asking. He didnt do anything specifically wrong, it was just his attitude. It was off-putting enough to drop the rating a star.

The room was dirty with stain littered around the carpet on the floor. The door latch was loose, and I asked for engineering to check it, and no one came to fix it; we were in danger of being locked out of the room. Because we had to attend a convention center event.

Room was 77 degrees and I had to have maintenance come to fix. I requested late Checkout at same time of reservation and they refused to accommodate. The supposed restaurant was a bar with about 9 food items in total and one server. If it weren’t for Nicole the bar would have been shut down immediately. There wasn’t enough food and so many complained how rundown it was.

I have to wait 15 minutes for the guy in the desk come and do the check in, too many kids running in the lobby. Went you come inside the hotel small bad, window duty. Inside the room the sink handle was damage. Room smell bad. Also before you have to pay for parking I park from 9pm to 11am 30 dollars if you park all day is 55. Restaurants is close for renovations. They have Starbucks but app don’t work there you have to wait in line to order and pay cash or card I wait for 1 hour, that how big was the line.

The hotel needs some updating, especially with the air conditioning system and more bell carts as a few examples. The staff was excellent, however. Raul and Zoe answered all of my questions and were so kind and helpful.

Hotel is fine. Nothing special but nothing terrible either. Parking is vastly overpriced for registered guests though and isnt made clear when booking that there is a substantial extra charge.
