The service was great. Every person who worked the front desk was extremely helpful and a delight to talk to. What made my visit uncomfortable was the condition of the bathroom. Our bathroom had paint chipping off the walls and the door hinges were completely rusted. If it wasn’t for the condition of the bathroom, this hotel would have received 5 stars across the board.

Friendly hotel. Good breakfast. Window shade fell off & it took 3 calls: morning, afternoon & evening until someone came to repair. Then someone else came the next morning! Good location. Good breakfast. Towels were refreshed but not sheets.

I am glad we chose this hotel for our stay. It was just perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Next time I travel to NYC this hotel is going to be my first choice. Fresh and clean rooms. Polite and welcoming staff. Easy and free parking. Tasty breakfast options. Bus stop just at the back of the hotel. Overall you can’t go wrong with the decision of staying at this hotel.

I choose this property because in the advertisement said that it has a pool, when I got there to my surprise there was no pool, very disappointed. Otherwise, very safe, plenty parking spaces, free breakfast, quiet peaceful place.

The staff at the Hyatt Secaucus could not have been better. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. The only reason for the rating of four stars was that the noise level of some of the other guests was pretty high.
