The hotel was roach infested. Not only crawling with them but they were flying. I woke up with little red bit marks on me.

I asked for extra pillow's 4 matter a fact in my reservation on line a month prior that didn’t happen and wen I asked for em that night person at desk had to make several calls to finally get me 1 pillow i also asked for a deep cleaning new sheets blankets pillow cases that didn’t happen ither i know this cause i have blk lite to ck since i go to alot of hotels im glad i brought cleaning supplies and sheets and own blankets i also had to kill several bugs that looked like small roaches but think were something different i used there vending machine it says one price but charges another and half my items wldnt drop wen I askedd for a refund i got a shrug of the shoulders and person walk away if i knew how to post a picture in this review id post the picture of the bugs wld not recommend or will not ever stay there they care about ur money not you

I had the worst experience of my life being living for 2 days in this hotel. The room was smelling like hell. The bedsheets were unclean and there were marks on the bed-sheet. I also saw small insects on the floor. We asked for water there was no water services. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your staff members during my recent stay at your hotel. She look like an Indian, Her attitude was extremely rude, and her actions were far from what I would expect from a professional in the hospitality industry. The experience left me feeling very dissatisfied, and I find it difficult to imagine how such behavior could be tolerated. Due to this negative experience, I am unable to recommend your hotel to others. I hope that you will address this issue to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same treatment.

There was a lady at the customer service. She didn’t know how to talk with customers I booked the room for two person, She was always asking how many person you guys live in here. The bathroom and the room was so dirty

Location from the city ok but was filthy, especially bathroom, who place stank of stale indian food and the woman at reception was especially rude. Cheaper end of accommodation in the area but regret not spending more to miss the filth. Skin was seriously crawling laying in bed

Gross place. We woke up and found roaches in our drinks! grouts are very dirty, shower head is moldy. the flush on the toilet bowl is leaking. never again. receptionist is not accomodating, my son got bug bites!

My experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. There was no proper lobby, and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke to the point where it was unbearable. The carpets were filthy and sticky, making every step uncomfortable. The bathroom was even worse—mold covered the bathtub tiles, and it was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. The air conditioning barely worked, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly unprofessional. The first receptionist I dealt with was extremely rude, and the second receptionist made inappropriate comments that were downright perverse. The situation was so bad that I checked out early. Overall, this was an awful experience, and I strongly advise against anyone staying here.

This place has photos on their website that are the complete opposite of what it really looks like. They said that the photos were old but just thought it was nothing considering that we thought breakfasts was included but they don’t have breakfast. There were roaches, used condom and the smell was horrible. We were moving our son in to college and had no other hotel to stay at since they were all full so we had to stay there for3 days and they refused to give a refund if we did leave
