"Amazing staff and great stay overall, the room was smaller than expected, perfect for short stay, just a few issues, the air con was full of mould so we didn't bother using it. Also the drain for the shower was somewhat clogged so it took a while for the water to drain after having a shower. The reception kindly gave us a gift when we checked out which was thoughtful."

I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "
