"It’s a great house with beautiful views. Lots of space and very well maintained. What really stood out was the extra effort put into making sure everything you could need was already there. We’ve stayed at many properties over the years. None have ever gone above and beyond like this one. Bed were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay 10/10Thanks again for sharing this beautiful property!"

"What a peaceful, beautiful and tucked away piece of heaven! We spent 3 days in our pjs resting and recuperating from a long years worth of trials and tribulations. THIS is the best place to do just that! No frills, just basic needs and nature. On our last full day we ventured into Sylva for a little “retail therapy” at Walmart and a few other quaint local shops before returning to Cullowehee to dine on the most delicious pizza at Rodgers Bros.(highly recommended them by the way). Packed and had another wonderful night sleep on our bed that was warmed from beneath the sheets with a warming pad and then atop of the sheets a thick warm duvet. We had some cold nights…28-38 degrees but that just made snuggling more important We will definitely be back, Matt the land owner and his son Cole are gracious hosts. The Stays (booking agents) were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. 10-10"

"We have rented in the Sundrops community before and had admired this rental from the outside. This was the perfect rental for our family of four and a fur baby. Eloquently decorated, spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen, and the location is perfect (near the club house and Caney Fork). Thank you for providing a wonderful stay for us!"

"What place to kick back and enjoy the sound of the river wisking by and the crackiling of the great fireplace. We had a group of nine (over 60 in age each) that has gone over 30+ yrs for once a year long weekend trips to Blue Ridge Smokies. This stop was a great place for out group. House was plenty big enough. The owner and property helpers we quick to fix a couple of issues when we arrived. But overall, the old house did us well once we got used to the little qwerks all houses seem to have. Overall a good place for a large group to hang out for a few days. Thanks again to Brian, Russ and Missy for all the help when needed."
