"the restaurants,the staff,,especially the porter service,the spa were excellent.THE MASSAGES were just amazing.We had the deluxe package, we have have used many hotels for massages around the world but these were the best.MEDI a young lady and others,,the reception staff and Mehmet were very polite and really looked after us.We will visit again."

"This holiday was one of the best we have had.Our son was made to feel very special, specially as it was his 11th birthday.The hotel was beautiful, neat and tidy, staff very caring and courteous.Could not have asked for a better experience.We will be back soon for sure with our extended family and friends this time 😊😊.You have got fans for life.😊😊 The theme park was awesome too, we felt safe and enjoyed😊 water park and the rides to the fullest. The theme and water park are just too good to be described in words although we have tried to. More positives are that we can't see any negatives regarding the experience. "5 out of 5 stars. This hotel is outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We traveled with children, and the hotel offers plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and polite. The animations were 5-star quality as well. We've stayed at this hotel three times now, and we absolutely love it. We originally booked a villa, but were later upgraded to a superior villa, which was even more incredible. The staff took great care of us, and we are grateful for their attentiveness. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next year!"
