We loved the resort, its staff, and the food. It was very expensive and parking was inconvenient if you did not use the valet services. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Another amazing review for another amazing stay! The north shore of Oahu is the optimal Hawaii destination and a stay at Turtle Bay is a must! The views from any room you stay in are spectacular, the pools are amazing and love they provide you with Coola sunscreen so you don’t have to buy any or worry about any burns. The food (poke bowl by the pool) and drinks (famous Mai Tai) are things I dream about all year long. Counting down the days to go back and sit at the lobby bar at sunset with drink in hand.

Amazing hotel, staff and amenities. Have been multiple times to this hotel and the staff remember us! Service is exceptional. This is quite literally heaven on earth and I count the days to go back. Pools are amazing. Food and drinks, amazing. Many activities to do, you never have to leave the hotel if you don’t want.

Our only complaint was there were no books for sale on site. We are avid readers, and we ran out of books to read. Because the site is so secluded, finding books would require traveling into town. It would be so much more convenient if the hotel had books available in their on site store.

Fantastic property with waves rolling in the bays on both east and west side. Excellent food and many dining options. Beautiful pool and pool bar area with close proximity to surfers. Incredible, challenging golf course. Primarily younger couples with babies or young children so not ideal for older couples. Hotel still being renovated to reach Ritz Carlton standards. Some corrosion in bathrooms and carpets worn.

Location is excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and has so many activities on offer. Our room on the third floor had a great view overlooking the pool and surf. Watching the surfers at sunset was a real treat. The complimentary workout classes were fantastic. We also enjoyed going snorkelling every day in Kuilima Cove. Saw resident turtle every day as well as two octopuses and plenty of fish. The only surprise was the daily parking fee. Would have assumed that this is included for hotel guests. Overall, would recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury stay on the north shore.
