Our only complaint was there were no books for sale on site. We are avid readers, and we ran out of books to read. Because the site is so secluded, finding books would require traveling into town. It would be so much more convenient if the hotel had books available in their on site store.

Absolutely love it. Room for improvement.
It's our second time coming to Turtle bay resort and pleased with our stay again. Hotel and amenities are top notch. Only downside is restaurants. Breakfast buffet is great but dinner menu is so poor. They need to give people more option with deeper dining menu at restaurant.

Interior refurbished, but exterior shows its age. Too many complaints to detail in this review. Poor, poor poor. Definitely not up to traditional Ritz Carlton standards.

Everything was excellent other than the check in. They installed a new computer system a couple of days prior to our check in and they were having issues. Had to wait quite a bit in line to check in. Actually didn’t have our reserved room, but made amends. The hotel and grounds were outstanding. A lot of add in’s and options. Very friendly staff. Very nice stay.

Property itself is nice. Recent Ritz conversion but service is not a Ritz or on par with a Four Seasons. Service is like a regular Marriott or Hyatt. Nickle and dime for everything makes you despise the amenities. Much better options elsewhere.
