"This upstairs room was spacious for a couple or small family. The bathroom is upscale with a bidet and huge shower. There is a lap pool that is just right for aquaerobic stretching or, of course, doing laps. Stores and lovely beaches are within walking distance. Right out back is a very nice walk around the bay; wonderful tide pools and scenery. "

"For a week's stay in Kailua, the Palm Villa made for a nice home away from home. The spiral staircase can be challenging for those with aging joints or challenged balance, but we made the best of it by unpacking/packing our suitcases downstairs and carrying the contents up and down in many trips. Susan and Zak were kind and helpful hosts. "

"Our family of seven enjoyed our weeklong stay at this beautiful home in a residential area of Kailua. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Safeway market was walking distance for supplies. The backyard has a lively pool and spa. There’s a beautiful beach a 20 minute walk from the house and the town of Kailua is a short drive. Beach towels & chairs were provided too. Highly recommend staying at this wonderful home.."

"Perfect bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave - no oven or cooktop) nicely isolated (with its own entrance) on the back corner of a lovely home right on Kailua Beach. Walk out the door onto a curated backyard lawn with a short path directly to the sandy beach. We visited in February. Our weather was perfect, the beach was uncrowded, and the water was a joy for swimming and easy small-wave body surfing (very small surf during our stay). Our hostess was kind, friendly, and informative. "
