These include a billiards room, a formal sitting area, a gourmet kitchen and bar, a spacious dining room, and a cozy TV room. The expansive upper lanai offers breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains, and yacht club, making it an ideal place to unwind. The home also features an in-garage washer/dryer and ample street parking for convenience. Each private unit has its bathroom, and utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet) are included in the monthly rate of $150 per person.

Double Bay View Oasis. This spacious 600 sq. ft. suite offers two private, air-conditioned rooms, each with a keypad entry for added security. Relax by the pool and enjoy the stunning bay views from your private patio. The lower room is conveniently located next to the billiards room. A shared closet is included. Rent is $3,900 per month.

The Property Manager lives on the lower level and has a separate entrance.
