Asked for room service since I staied 2 nights and no cleaning was provided. In general I don't like that customers must ask for a room service. Room service must be provided if you stay for more than one night. Customer do no get a better price if they do no ask for cleaning service. COVID is over!!!

We went for breakfast at 8am and they out of coffee, orange juice,fruit, eggs, and bacon. we wait for over 40 min and the never bring eggs, several people complain at front desk of this, but people on the kitchen were not very helpful, if they know the hotel is full they should have extra help the n the kitchen Hundred percent

Very beautifully decorated and clean hotel!Our room with balcony was awesome! Staff was welcoming and helpful.The breakfast area was beautiful as well.Ample breakfast selections from mini omelets to make your own waffles! Juices,bagels,toast sausage.All served very nicely and hot in the spacious and clean breakfast room!Ample towels and hot water for showers in our room too!Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Kansas City again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for access to a wedding venue and the trolley stopped right outside the door of the hotel. We only wished there had been drapes or blackout shades that extended across the entire window.
