Property said breakfast was available which wasn't true. Ended up at McDonalds for breakfast. Dark, dirty lobby, seemed like something out of the 1980s. Rooms ok, but small with no coffee or hot water in room. Lobby open at odd hours. Entrance was lined with dirty plywood. Unprofessional. Thought I was in a back alley in going into hotel.

This place and the service were all class. The boutique nature of the premises and the experience means that it was unforgettable for all the right reasons. The premises were high quality in all areas, and the staff were highly professional, courteous, and helpful.

We liked the location and the price. The hotel is very centrally located and is in easy walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Public transportation is nearby. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are good but the rooms are a little bit on the small side. Noise from the street was not a problem. For parking you can use two nearby parking garages.

Ok, men underbemannet

Hyggelig personal, hipt inngangsparti, men dårlige HMS rutiner. Det var ingen ansatte på hotellet når brannalarmen gikk. Siden den ansatte var over gaten for å kjøpe bakevarer til det som er «frokosten». Brezel og kaffe. Her oppleves det som om man prøver å holde kostnader tim et minimum. Rommet var OK litt slitt og rett ved siden av gaten og trikken kunne høres godt. Men dette må man regne med når man booker hotell i sentrum.
