Staff was very rude on check in and check out. It's an airport hotel; it shouldnt be unreasonable for me to ask for them to keep our bags stashed for a couple hours before our room would be ready. The shuttle was convenient but very busy in the morning and a lack of a lineup or reservation made it frustrating.

We stay here twice a year when transiting between Seattle and Warsaw. Great easy location to the airport, very nice helpful staff. Shuttle drivers are the best! great helpful guys that. The only thing I would suggest that would be cost beneficial to the hotel, and MUCH better for guests, is to get rid of the goofy hard to understand coffee machines in the rooms. I ruin 5 cups to get one good one. It's costing the hotel, and no benefit over a simple hot water kettle and packet of good instant coffee.

Certain areas in the bathroom was dirty/not cleaned well. The bathroom door would also slam into the toilet repeatedly when open. Shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel not friendly or helpful with loading luggage into the shuttle.

Never stay here
Do not stay at this hotel, it is terrible and any positive reviews it may have are misleading. We chose this hotel due to its reviews, price and free airport shuttle. We chose poorly. The staff at the hotel all seem miserable from the front desk to the restaurant. Check-in was fine but when we walked into the restaurant, the waitress looked at us, put her head in her hands and walked away. We had to wait for another waiter to come and then when we asked for a table, he checked his watch and said okay (it was 40 minutes before closing). When we tried using the AC, it wouldn't work and the room was stiflingly hot. So after calling and not receiving a response, I walked to the front . I was told, oh we turned off the AC and told me to "just open a window". Our room was on the ground floor, anyone could literally walk in through the window. When I told the front desk person that, they just shrugged. Also, given the close proximity to the airport, you hear planes flying constantly with the window open. I was then offered a fan (it was louder than the planes). The room was dirty with hair not only on the bathroom floor but on the toilet seat. The shower floods because of the poorly placed partition. The airport shuttle is fine but it doesn't leave on time so make sure to go early to be picked up at the hotel. Also, the shuttle drops you off at departures instead of taking you to arrivals. Airport hotels are usually bad but this is one is horrendous.
