things that i didn't like about this hotel is, breakfast, train noise at night, and the area which is unsafe, customer service is also terrible at times.

There is trash up and down the hallways and in the elevator. The whole hotel smells like must, dogs and cigarettes. The hotel is located along a walking trail with a homeless camp. There is 1 way into hotel and 1 way out. The hotel is getting renovated and the contractors there were arguing with the people from the hotel.

I liked location, convenience off freeway, the staff were amazing. My room very clean and neat. The gentleman at the front desk and other desk staff very accommodating. The dislikes jacuzzi water was cold, swimming pool water was hot.

One night "vacation"
We got this hotel just to have a night away from home and some pool time. It was everything my 6-year-old hoped it would be. We swam, watched movies in bed, and just relaxed. Breakfast was average hotel Breakfast. Overall, it was exactly what we needed.

It was hard to find because we booked the hotel under a different name. The person on duty at the check in desk was very hard to understand.

I liked there was a convinience store next door, parking was good and staff was nice. The pool was warm and hot tub cold and it could've been open later for use. The breakfast was not up to par. The hot options as they advertised "hot breakfast" was just waffle or toast, no meat, no eggs. Over all i got two rooms for 5 adults and one dog. The reasoni i went with this hotel was for the pet policy, pool, hot tub, and breakfast. Naturally i am disappointed since only one of these needs were met well.

There's a train route 50 yards from the property and the trains woke me several times throughout the night. Being right next to a major thoroughfare and a freeway exit didn't help. I did like the tons of eateries and shopping available within a 5 minute drive.

Too much incense. Deal personal ignored us while on calls speaking their language. Last person while I was speaking, answered the phone and had a conversation with whoever will I waited for her to hang up on a call in her language. Sounded personal by the tone and laughter. Garbage all around the area and loud screams in the night.

I felt very unsafe here due to the homeless individuals that were setting up camp on the lawn. There was no security on the property. The remodel will hopefully be complete soon, however the facility was not clean and the room was 'off-gassing' from the remodel. I was not able to stay there due to my concern about being safe, leaving my car in the parking lot, and the effects of the fumes. I am having great difficulty getting a refund for this terrible and unacceptable experience and have had to dispute charge through my credit card company.

Breakfast was lacking. Waffle mix was liquid and lumpy, timer didn't work, only wheat bread and cereal options. Lumpy sugar and cream. 1 large pb, used by multiple guest. Stayed with small children, pool was warmer than hot tub. Had to request pool towels and 4 guests got 2 towel, had to ask for more! heater made horrible loud sounds all night. parking lot had dead cars double parked, and back lot was full of homeless and garbage. So disappointing

We had a toilet overflow, we called front desk and waited for a reply when no one responded we went to front desk and the person working was not very helpful. We asked to be moved a clean functioning room and he was inconvenienced . At check out time we spoke and let the manager on duty aware of circumstances.
