"We stayed around New years for 4 days. The house is very comfortable for a family with plenty of bedrooms/beds. It is fully stocked with all the necessities and more, very clean. The location was great, close to several ski areas and North Conway area but in a very quiet town. Great place to get away from it all.. "

"Everything was so easy for checking in! The house was very well stocked with anything you would need. There were even extras just in case you forgot something like a tooth brush shampoo etc... Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived! The fishing on the pond was great! Caught plenty of bass and pickerel! Plenty of hiking to do nearby! And the best part was we were able to bring our two pups with us! They had a blast on the pond! The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with! Would definitely love to visit again!"

"The house was as we expected. For the price it fit a lot of people and had a good functional kitchen for us to use. We were close to a lot of nice hiking and having the inn close by felt nice in case we had any questions or needs. Owner communicated clearly and quickly for anything that came up. A few things were outdated or could be cleaner but again good for the price! Thanks! "

"We spent a week on Sheep Island in July 2024. We loved it. The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen well enough equipped, the beds comfortable, the lake clean and the view amazing. We had 2.5 days of rain so were glad for the games and puzzles available. I think it would have been nice to have a clothesline for the swimming towels to dry. The chairs in the main area were about the only thing we would change. With the amount of rain, we were stuck inside but not very comfortably. There wasn’t enough cushion on any of the chairs…they just need to be restuffed and maybe a couple more chairs. We had 7 people and 4 comfortable chairs. "
