Great apartment- would return
There was a bit of confusion with the carpark as reception closes from 1 to 2. We were able to check in at 2pm with no problems however. The kettle in the kitchen was very dirty but it was changed straight away. The next one provided was not new but I cleaned it so it was usable. Apartment cosy and very practical. Small shower but water hot.

This is a nice property in Killarney I would stay at again. Only about 2-3 blocks from main tourist part of town with excellent restaurants and Tesco - so location was great. I was confused by their procedures - they said check-in was from 3-6pm which was fine and the desk was unmanned other than that. I had no idea who to call if we had issues which we did the 1st night when the radiators had not been set on prior to our arrival as it was cold and rainy and then had a hard time getting them working as it was after 6pm. Also front door kets did not work 3rd night for any guest however we could get in through the garage. The unit we were in was partially wheelchair accessible - hard to get around due to some widths like near bed however workable. The wheelchair parking spot very awkward - hard to get out of due to columns so we ended up not using it. You need a 2nd person to get parking gate open for you. As a disabled person I could not get out of car, push button and into car before gate closed again. So that part needs fixing if you are wanting to advertise or attract more mobility challenged guests.

The 4 of us so needed a break from tight spaces. This apartment was perfect! Space, laundry, 2 bathrooms....loads of space! Excellent location. Easy to walk from train or tour and shopping.

you won't find better in Killarney
Amazing property! This new and totally modern property is in the middle of everything in Killarney with all the comforts of home including secure car park. Perfect base for exploring Killarney National Park and the Iveragh Peninsula (Ring of Kerry), and the spacious living area and clothes washer make it a convenient mid-trip stop for continuing on the road. Piret Purcell was a great help on arrival and each day we saw her, expert on the building and any question we had. A pleasure all around, this stay was a great reset during our holiday. We should have booked more nights!

We reserved three of the two-bedroom units . . . those two bedrooms, combined w/ the kitchen/dining/living area (one room covers those three areas), created a pretty spacious upgrade vs a hotel unit . . access to the units was unique (different entrances, stairs, etc), but overall this was a solid choice for the price . . the units are not in great condition, somewhat worn and outdated, but for our group the two-bedroom angle extra space was super positive . . the location, right in the heart of the Killarney action, was also a key positive factor . . overall, we were happy with the Park Place for the price !!

Horrible Communication and Lack of Flexibility
Avoid booking Park Place if you can. They state they have a check-in time from 3:00 - 6:00 PM but to contact them if you need after hours check-in. After they ignored 7 communications over the span of 2 months, I received a communication the day before check-in that I had to arrive prior to 6:00 PM to have an accommodation that night. As such, I had to book alternate last minute accommodations.

Apartments were spacious for our party of 3. It’s located right at the edge of the city centre so easy to walk to all parts of the town. Parking was really easy. They were also great at communicating particularly to ensure we arrived by the time the desk closed.
